1.1 A deposit is only taken if the start of your holiday is more than 14 weeks away from the time you make a booking.
1.2 Your deposit is due within 7 days of booking your accommodation.
1.3 You can pay either by: card payment over the telephone or  bank  transfer.
1.4 Failure to pay a deposit within 7 days of booking may mean that you loose your booking.
1.5 All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable

2. Full payments
2.1  Full payment is due if your holiday commences in less than 14 weeks from the time of booking.
2.2 All other full payments are due 12 weeks before the start of your holiday.

3. Other
3.1 Unless your holiday, when you book, is less than 3 weeks away we will not accept 'cash on arrival'.
3.2 Should you make an alteration to your booking you may incur an additional administration fee.
3.3 As each property is privately owned we cannot guarentee 100% that you will stay in the accomodation initially booked.  This is very much the exception not the rule.
3.4 We recommend that you take out sufficient holiday insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.
3.5 Each of the points raised below will not constitute grounds for compensation:
3.6 Accommodation descriptions are correct as of the time of publishing but may be subject to change and alterations.
3.7 Televisions are provided in each property with English speaking channels.  We cannot guarentee which channels will be showing at any given time.  Occasionally we may encounter problems with the reception signal.
3.8 As with any well maintained complex works may be carried out at anytime in the year ~ both building and general maintenance.  Any such works are normally carried out during normal working hours and when the complex is less busy.
3.9We will do our best to inform all our customers of any pending disruptions to normal complex life.
